OiRadio ("OiRadio", "we", "us", and/or “our”) provides an audio guide service through the website OiRadio.co and through our mobile applications OiRadio-Apps for iOS and Android. Your use of the OiRadio services provided through this site and OiRadio Apps, is subject to these Terms of Service and the current OiRadio Privacy Policy published at
http://OiRadio.co/privacy. By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you consent to OiRadio use and disclosure of your data, with respect to your use of the OiRadio services (as described in our Privacy Policy).
WHEN YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE YOU ARE AGREEING (WITH LIMITED EXCEPTION) TO RESOLVE ANY DISPUTE BETWEEN YOU AND OiRadio THROUGH BINDING, INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION RATHER THAN IN COURT.
THIS SERVICE IS NOT FOR PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 13 OR FOR ANY USERS PREVIOUSLY SUSPENDED OR REMOVED FROM THIS SERVICE BY OiRadio. IF YOU ARE UNDER 13 YEARS OF AGE, THEN YOU MUST NOT USE OR ACCESS THIS SERVICE AT ANY TIME OR IN ANY MANNER. Furthermore, by accessing or using OiRadio, you affirm that either you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction or you have been authorized to use OiRadio by your parent or legal guardian who is at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
1. GENERAL TERMS:
You understand and agree that we may change these TERMS at any time without prior notice. We will try to provide you with prior notice of any material changes that may apply to you in order to continue using the Service. The content displayed as search results or linked to by OiRadio are owned and operated by individuals and/or companies over whom OiRadio exercises no control. OiRadio assumes no responsibility for the content of any website or other resource included in any search results or otherwise linked to OiRadio. Logos, audio content, text, graphics and links to radio station streams are the copyright or trademarks of each respective radio station. If, for any reason, the owner and operator of a linked website wishes the link from the OiRadio services to be deleted, they must contact OiRadio through

2. SERVICE:
OiRadio offers an audio guide service providing access to a selection of indexed radio stations. The Service is available free of charge. All of the radio stations are owned by third parties as we state in our DMCA document,

3. POSTING:
You must not post any user content to OiRadio if you are not the owner of or are not fully authorized to grant rights throughout all elements of the user content you intend to post to OiRadio. You represent and warrant that: (i) you own the user content posted by you on or through OiRadio or otherwise have the right to grant the license; (ii) the posting and Use of your user content on or through OiRadio does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, intellectual property rights or any other rights of any party in any territory; (iii) the posting of your user content on OiRadio will not require us to obtain any further licenses from or pay any royalties, fees, compensation or other amounts or provide any attribution to any third parties.
4. TERMINATION:
We may immediately terminate or suspend your access to OiRadio and remove any material (including User Submissions) from our servers, in the event that you breach these Terms of Service. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we also reserve the right to terminate your access at any time and for any reason. Upon termination, all licenses and other rights granted to you by these Terms of Service will immediately cease. OiRadio is not liable to you or any third party for termination of your use of OiRadio. UPON ANY TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION, ANY INFORMATION (INCLUDING USER SUBMISSIONS) THAT YOU HAVE SUBMITTED ON OiRadio SERVICE OR THAT WHICH IS RELATED TO YOUR ACCOUNT MAY NO LONGER BE ACCESSED BY YOU. Furthermore, OiRadio will have no obligation to maintain any information stored in our database related to your account or to forward any information to you or any third party.
